Maggie is a Registered Dietitian with over twenty years of nutrition experience helping clients identify and achieve their personal wellness goals.
She believes that everyone can find that right balance of food enjoyment and health for lasting results, and understands the need to find a common sense approach to nutrition for busy lifestyles. She is passionate about teaching, and enjoys meal planning, gardening, and cooking for her family.
Maggie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire and completed her dietetic internship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. She has an extensive background in clinical nutrition and specializes in weight loss and weight management, meal planning, oncology nutrition, chronic disease prevention and management, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
